Gino was a rabbit. Gino was very
kind and always cheerful. Gino lived with other animals in the jungle. Gino always
helped his friends who were in danger.
One day, Gino were walking around
the jungle and were foraging. When Gino walked in the middle of the jungle,
there was a noise. He felt curious. Then he approached the noise. He was
shocked, in fact there were some people were cutting down the trees. Knowing
it, Gino was very angry. “Hi woodcutter”, said Gino. The woodcutter was very
shocked because there was a sound but no one there. “Who are you ?”, said the
woodcutter. “I’m a rabbit. Don’t cutting down the trees. If you cut down the
trees, I will kill you. You should plant more trees”, said Gino. The woodcutter
looked down. “I don’t believe it ! How can a rabbit speak like human”, said the
woodcutter. He thought that it was an invisible rabbit. He was very afraid and
then ran away as fast as he could.
A couple days later, the
woodcutter returned to the jungle. He planted more trees because he was scared
being killed by the rabbit. Suddenly, Gino came and said, “Thanks for planting
the trees. But you must promise that you won’t cut down the trees anymore. If
you cut down the trees again, the world will be damaged and all creatures will
be dead, including you.” With fear, the woodcutter said, “OK. I promise I won’t
cut down the trees any longer. I’m sorry for that.” Then the woodcutter ran
fast. Since that time, the woodcutter never returned to the jungle and Gino
also felt so happy.
